Having trouble with Kanopy or Libby since the library's migration to MAIN Library Alliance in Dec. 2023?
Here's what to do:
Add Your Card to Kanopy
Using the Kanopy app:
1.Tap the three horizontal lines labeled "More" at the bottom of the app
2.Tap Memberships
3.Tap New Providence Memorial Library
4.Type in your library card barcode number and PIN (the last 4 digits of the barcode)
Using a web browser:
1. Go to kanopy.com and log in.
2. Go to My Account
3. Under the My Libraries tab, click "Add a card".
4. Log in with your 14 digit library card barcode number and PIN (the last 4 digits of the barcode)
Add Your Card to Libby
1. In the Libby app, Tap the Menu icon, then Manage Cards
2. Tap Add a Card.
3. Tap Sign in With My Card.
4. Tap MAIN
5. Select Morris Automated Information Network (M.A.I.N. Inc.).
6. If Morris Automated Information Network (M.A.I.N. Inc.) is not listed as an option, you will have to delete the Libby by Overdrive app. Then, download it again and follow the prompts in the app.
7. Type in your card number.
8. Type in your PIN (last four digits of your card) and Sign In.
