We're showing It's a Wonderful Life

This year, all students entering senior year of high school must view It's a Wonderful Life.  We've been showing the movie at various times this summer.  Check the library calendar for complete dates and times but here is a rundown of the showings that are yet to come:  August 3 / 17 / 31 @ 6:30PM and August 4 / 18 and September 1 @ 11AM.  Because of the number of students, we are not circulating our copy of the movie this summer so if you want to view it, you'll have to come to one of these showings.

Tuesday Movies @ 2

Come in from the heat! Enjoy a free movie in a cool room.  We begin a new month with Bright Star on August 3rd.  It's a story of young love, intense and tragic and based on the life of poet John Keats.  We switch gears with a comedy, Couples Retreat on August 10th.  No tragedy here!  Just comedy and therapy..

We'll be showing an evening movie, Departures, a gentle film about loss, on August 10 @ 6:30.

Upcoming movies for all of August

August 3      Bright Star
August 10    Couples Retreat
August 10    Departures  @ 6:30
August 17    The Last Song
August 24    The Mission
August 31     Forever Young
