1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is an early literacy initiative which encourages you to read 1,000 books with your child before he/she starts Kindergarten. This program provides a wonderful opportunity to share the love of reading with your child, while exploring the library and all that it offers. Keep track of what you are reading with your child and the library will provide small incentives when he/she reaches a milestone.
