Treats for Tweets
Wednesday, January 15, 2020, 03:30pm - 05:00pm

Winter can be tough for wildlife.  The weather can be harsh, and food can be harder to find.  Join New Jersey Audubon to make a special treat for the birds in your neighborhood.  We will help our feathered friends, and have fun doing it!  Be prepared to head outdoors after we have made our treats.  For children in grades K-5.

Registration is required. Register online through Community Pass:

Holiday Building Closing

The Library remains open even if the building will close for a little while...

Because of rising rates of COVID-19 infection in the County and in the town of New Providence, we are being cautious and closing our building to public access from Monday, December 21 through at least Monday January 11 subject to a decrease in infection levels.

Staff is, of course, in the building and we will continue to offer foyer pickup, craft kits and window shopping.  We also have special book bundles prepared for fast  and contact-free gift giving which are available in the foyer.  Take advantage of our Choose 3 Books for Me service or use the Browse Our Shelves feature to request items.  Make sure to check out Ms. Sam's Story Time Room to make browsing for kids' books fun and high tech.

Check our full schedule of events, too.  We look forward to welcoming you back into the library in the New Year and we hope that the holidays bring peace, joy and health to you and all of your loved ones.
