New Jersey Makers Day at the Library
From Friday, March 22, 2019
To Saturday, March 23, 2019

NJ Makers Day is a celebration of maker culture across New Jersey. This all-ages event connects individuals with libraries & other makerspaces that support making, tinkering, crafting, and STEM-based learning. The New Providence Memorial Library is proud to be a NJ Makers Day host site, offering hands-on activities like scarf-painting, paper circuit cards, seed starters, ruler making, binary beads, ear candy, and an amateur radio booth. Some activities require advanced registration. For activities with an asterisk *, register at NP Community Pass

Even though NPML is closed until further notice and all programs are suspended until at least 5/1, we still have lots of content to explore.  Many of our online platforms are making additional resources available during this time and we have been creating content as well.  Check our slideshow and website, particularly Services and Books & Research tabs and facebook page for daily updates.
